    I just asked to take a loan for doing the 30 day custom meal plan and fitness program. While I have had success on my own, I want to improve my nutrition, as I've been almost guessing what I should eat and how much. I'm not worried about weight loss as much as seeing physical results. And I firmly believe this program will lead me to succeed in my goals.

    Hey I have a question. So say I'm in deficit for like 2 or 3 months thus that's me loosing like 3 or 4lbs of fat cuz I don't have 500 cal deficit I have 300. Then one day I have a 500 cal surplus. U would think that my stomach would grow but only by a bit thus still having a flatter belly than originally, yet instead it grows back to square 1 Why???
