love all your video's… incorporating particulary more fish into my diet as a result of your recipes !! one thing on your tpas dishes though..it would be great if you could note on each one whether it can be eaten cold as, if making a lot of them eg.. for a tapas party, its hard to get the timing right if they all need to be served right away.
I like that you have so many plant based recipes on your channel. I have yet to find any Spanish Tapas places in Toronto that have many non meat/cheese options so it's nice to see.

Some great recipes there for sure! But..as my only bit of feedback, as someone from Catalunya, the only thing missing from the salsa romesco was la Γ±ora. For me that has always been an essential ingredient, to make the authentic salsa. Otherwise…great job!
Yesterday, my Golden Saffron showed up from Amazon, so the plan was lunch today with one of your Saffron recipes, and this was just posted! I made the Roasted Potatoes with Paprika and Saffron… WOW. My absolute first time cooking with Saffron. I have eaten dishes with it before, but had NO idea how potent it is! it was really difficult to use only a 1/4 teaspoon (thinking I'd barely notice it) but just starting it with the OO and I was like "Yep.. that fragrance REALLY is there!" Loved this, delicious and ridiculously easy. One day, when the pandemic is over, and I have house guests again, this will be on the serving list. As always, thank you!
