for anyone wondering the calories of these
breakfast – fruit
<150kcal
lunch – fried vegetables
roughly 250kcal including oil used to fry & sauce
dinner – chicken breast & salad
roughly 410kcal
snack – cherry tomatoes / watermelon
<100kcal
itzy diet is around 910kcal roughly
workouts / either 30mins cardio (2.5mile run) or 10k steps or dancing
that’s a very rough estimate i made using mfp so don’t take it too seriously
bc the diet is low in kcal don’t do it on top of extreme exercise or for extended amounts of time , if you only do it for 3ish days to debloat i think that’s a safe amount

I already do the no eating after 8pm (the only time when I can eat after 8pm is when I’m still eating something if it’s 7:59pm
i‘ll be doing this for 4 days^^
(i‘ll be exercising for 30 mins and do rope skipping for a minimum of 300 times)
day 1 : 76.3 Kg
day 2 : 75.5 Kg
day 3 : 74.5 Kg
day 4 : 74.1 Kg
i‘ll be updating you for a week to show you how my weight has changed after the diet^^
so one day after the diet i weighted
73.8 kg i didnt to any workouts that day
two days after the diet i went up to 74.2 Kg
3. day after the diet and i‘m at 73.9 Kg
i‘ll now be trying to eat healthy and do more workouts
a week after the diet : i now am at 74.0 kg
i mainly tried to maintain the 74 kgs because
the diet was very low in calories
I was scared of a yo-yo effect
thats why i didnt lose much weight after the diet

i just want to say that i wasnt that strict this time i ate different things instead of the cabbage because i was sick of eating cabbage 😅
If you put the onions under cold water and cut them after you will not get those tiers

To help with cutting onions make sure your knife is very sharp. A lot of the burning coming from using a dull knife where it will crush the onion more than cut causing the acid to spray out

My diet was to drink only water for 2 weeks💀💀 but hell nah I couldn’t reset eating everything so what I do now is wake up drink water eat vegetables and woke out of 30 minutes every morning and night.
i suggest that's better don't drink ice water in the morning, caused that's not good for health at all

having a really sharp knife helps in preventing onions from making you cry because it lessens the bruising when slicing it
