    The way you said β€œKala Namak” is way off but brought a big smile on my face. It is tough to pronounce, but the right way, which could be useful if anyone needs to go to an Indian store or another international store ask for it, is: β€œKaaa-La Nuh-makk”. Kala means black and namak means salt. Great recipe! πŸ™‚

    I just made my own refried bean paste with Taco seasonings..added corn..grilled mushrooms, onions, jasmine rice, tomatoes and shredded letteuce..rolled in a flour totilla yummy. πŸ˜‹ πŸ½πŸŒ―πŸŒ½πŸ§…πŸšπŸ₯¬πŸ…

    Hi Derek, I love your recipes and watching your & Crystals videos. You guys are so cute. Anyways, for the love of soy curls, you have to make these recipes and let me know what you think. It would be great if you did a video of it to share with your followers. I has changed my entire view of soy curls even though I loved them already. It's the marinating and cooking process that is key. I've attached the link to another couple I follow for the recipes. I'm referring to the Vegan Carne Asada & Vegan Filipino Barbecue. I haven't tried the Filipino Adobo Inspired Jerky but it is next on my list. I did not use the oil and it was still delicious.

    Does WFPB/vegan cooking really cost less than eating meat and stuff? It sounds like you have to always be buying fresh produce or cooking in your kitchen, which raises your energy bills and everything. I really want to follow the diet, but it feels like it may not be all that much cheaper.

    For the dinner burrito I would keep the onions n peppers uncooked. How about caramelized mushrooms/ onions, shrooms give a chewy texture, I would do portobello long strip in there.
