Another idea
Sweet potato chips
Add the following in a bowl
Cornstarch about 2 teaspoon then salt and then spices of you choice air fry or bake for about 15 minutes for air fryer but Idk how much for oven
Salad kind of sandwich filling
Mash chick peas and add to them some diced up onions and tomatoes followed by spices of choice and then add greens of choice
Milkshake type of thing idea
Take some strawberry’s and blue berrys and add 1/2cup milk in them and then blend together until smooth and stain before drinking add more milk if you want but I would recommend not adding sugar because it is already quite sweet.
Another drink idea
Take some strawberry’s raspberry’s and add vanilla ice cream adding all of this to a blender and then add 1/2 cup of milk and more if needed

You can find date syrup in the Arabische shops. Just ask for "Dibs Tamr" or "دبس التمر"

The sweet potato looks good. I would eat with out nuts. Not a big fan of nuts. Maybe there is dates syrup online. Lol.
try this if you read this comment (easy salad bowl)
Recipe :
1.olive oil
2.lemon
3.salt
4.pepper
5.cucumber
6.bell peppers red or green is fine
7.avocado
steps:
chop all the veggies into small fine cubes then pour all the chopped vegies into a bowl then drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt all over and pepper too and squeeze a table spoon of lemon or more depending how big the salad bowl (just wing it i never measure too lazy) then mix well!
so fast and easy and its amazingly good both sweet and salty and its actually quiet filling for some reason lol 🙂

I was so restless in today's energy and heatwave so I watched half a dozen of your videos but those chocolate pb protein bars stopped me in my tracks!
I made these tonight and although I ran into some issues with melting the chocolate, they were unbelievably INCREDIBLE! and super easy to make! I added a thin layer of hemp seeds to the top of the bar mixture before drizzling the chocolate over and freezing them and oh! was that a great idea! Thanks so much for these awesome, easy, entertaining & yummy recipes! This treat made this foodie's night! 💜

In Turkey we make this 6:00 by mixing tahini and molasses and it is a typical breakfast spread. So yummy and helps if you don't like white sugar.
This is my everyday breakfast and and I know it's not instant but it's yum. 1 tbsp cocoa powder, instant coffee according to taste, any sweetener, any plant based milk and oats. Keep it overnight and boom. You can even just try this without oats, it makes the perfect vegan chocolate milk.
When you try these recipes remember their oven is in Celsius and yours might be in Fahrenheit, um definitely made this mistake 😭and didn’t realize until after I failed
Lazy snack go-to for me is rice crackers topped with avocado (mashed), some sambal spread across, then top with a thin slice of (Gouda) cheese. 🙂

Imagine being able to do this in an asian household without being questioned.
roast soy nuts, soak soy nuts, blend soynuts and add some oil (add flax oil if you promise you wont bake but use as a spread for extro omega three oils)
add salt or also sugar and cocoa to taste and bam
complete protien spread
i like to replace it in recipes of protein bars or smoothies, good in oat meal with banana and nutmeg mahgah

This is something I make pretty often and can be very versatile. I use dark kidney beans and (boiled soft) potato as the binding agent and you can add your choice of vegetables to this (I do carrots, cauliflower, and corn). I like to add- cumin, curry powder, garam masala/adobo, paprika, salt, and pepper for seasoning. You can add breadcrumbs or semolina to help them combine. Make these into little patties and shallow fry them with some oil on a pan. I like to have this hot with a side of greek yogurt with cucumber, tomatoes with salt and pepper. You can turn this into a filling for puff pastry, or vegan meat balls, or a vegan pizza base, or eat it with some seasoned rice!

please try real Arabic tahini instead of the commercial version!! It is so so so much better. It's supposed to be much lighter in colour and creamier & 100% sesame seeds with no added oil.
