I bet this doesn't taste good. Couple of reasons, there is no flavour to the dish except the sauce he made. At least he should have chopped onions and tomatoes and sauteed them. After that put the rest of ingredients and cook them accordingly. Tempeh had a bitter and earthy taste so flavoring for that is a must. All in all, if you are vegan make your meals taste good and healthy.

Cool video. I was on a keto diet for 5 years, but then (after a doctor pointed out some negative long-term health effects) switched to a whole-food plant-based diet. Meal planning and making was a bit of a struggle at first. With a keto meal, I would decide first on the meat, then on how to prepare it, and then on what might accompany it. With a WFPB meal, not only had I lost my starting point, I didn't know when the meal was complete. It took a while to shift my thinking from a situation having a star with a supporting cast (keto meals) to an ensemble piece (WFPB). I used Michael Greger's Daily Dozen as my template, and after a while I had internalized that and can easily put a meal on the table quicckly, particularly since I generally have most of the Dozen that require cooking already cooked and stored in the fridge. For example, I cook up a big batch of intact whole grain and refrigerate that (which also makes the starch resistant, not so quickly digested — right now it's kamut, before it was hulled barley, or unpolished millet, etc.) and also a big batch of beans (right now black beans, but also soybeans, lentils, dark red kidney beans, etc. — and from time to time I use the beans to make my own tempeh (https://leisureguy.wordpress.com/2021/06/08/homemade-tempeh/). Same with Greens and same with Other Vegetables. So most often, I just have to assemble the meal. Breakfast is easy, because I just have the three pieces of fruit the Daily Dozen calls for (today a tangerine, a persimmon, and a red pear).

because this here was time pressured, everything was real. you didnt take 1 hour for the looks and did everything absolutely beautiful. but thats how i learned how you for example transport your food from one corner of the kitchen to the other after you cut it. and i learned multiple of those tiny tricks in only this video of yours.
