One minute you shouldn't eat eggs…then you can. Can't use butter, now you can. This entire process is by trial and error! Smh…incredible.

I wish the same people would study sustainability in the arctic! I need heme iron, vegans argue all the time.. I love vegan food but some of us need meat and in the arctic fruit/veg aren't sustainable. Good film tho

We need to change the meaning of "good". That meal was "good". It tasted "good" but it's not good for you. Someone shows you an ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. People say that's "good". It may taste good, but it's bad for you. Time to change what people think is "good".

Organic food will be the best choice for our future I hope that happens again this happening because we need to change our habit of the food that we are eating junk food is the most bad ingredients that they put in it all that is so bad and I it will help us to make the right choices what to eat for the future of mankind hopefully many out there will change the food that we are eating now for something healthy for our generations to come I bet on that

I was a vegan farmer for over 10 years. I did all the right things but honestly it was a struggle and my health suffered. Now I eat what my body needs. If that’s meat then it’s local/grass fed or poultry. But also now I just have to laugh at these sedentary academics making their harsh arguments for veganism, thinking they know what’s best for everyone, no mention of the fact that many people are doing more physical labor every season than they will do in their entire lives, and how hard it is on the body.
Yes, the industrial factory meat industry is disgusting. BUT even then, to compare meat to the holocaust is idiocy. The holocaust was empty murder, an act of hatred. Eating meat is meeting a basic need for nutrition/protein. It is a type of agriculture, that has been key to human survival over thousands of years. Having constant access to a massive variety of plant foods and not having to do a lot of hard work and thus, being able to be vegan, is a privilege. That is what they don’t seem to realize. ALL THAT BEING SAID, THE AVERAGE AMERICAN “SHOULD” (WOULD BE HEALTHIER AND BENEFIT ANIMALS AND THE PLANET) BY EATING A LOT LESS MEAT. More legumes, nuts, veggies. Just don’t try to make it so black and white y’all. It’s not.

I been saying it for 10 years there's no way we can feed 7.7 billion people on this planet with the amount of groceries stores and restaurants and ma and pa shops …it's just impossible …this is why I eat fish from the ocean and chickens from my yard I don't eat anything else and since 10 years ago I feel so much better blood pressure is always normal , never been to hospital for anything …..well I love God 100000000% without a doubt so God is life not death and sickness …..

what about cruelty to plant they have feeling too. try putting a tree next to a hot surface, it will move away. so, if u are 100% plant base you are killing a life too.

The human being evolved basically eating meat. The few nuts, berries, and fruits (late summer) they found were only supplementary. Saying something else is a flat out lie. The human body was basically identical to the modern humans 300.000 years ago. Only the last couple of decades have we been experimenting with plants as the main sours of food, and in parallel with this we have seen a dramatic increase in cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and obesity. These diseases were almost unknown prior to the 1950s and going back in history, when the diet predominantly consisted of high fat low carb. Key is to eat natural food. Grass-fed meat and eggs, and organic vegetables, and not overeat. Stay away from processed food (high in carbs). Fruits are only for dessert (also high in carbs). This documentary lacks any scientific evidence for their claims, only "activists" pundits from the vegan community, playing on emotions. If you had any emotional objections against eating meat in the Stoneage you would simply die…

Meat from a CAFO is way different than a local grazed grass fed animal that has the freedom to walk around and not stand knee deep in the sh1t of its brothers and sisters. Also these guys say fat is bad for you. JA! Yeah ok.. Just understand these guys left certain things out. What if you fasted and then ate meat like grassfed healthy raised whatever and then fasted again. These guys dont talk about all the possibilities and combinations. Not knockin veganism just sayin not all the research has been done. They feed those cafo cows corn instead of grass. Its not normal. For example, if you ate a bird that was fed hormones it is going to mess with your body cause the bird ate it and now it's in you too. Why you think girls are menstruating at 10 years old now. Industrial agriculture is the problem not meat itself.

A lot of biased opinions and interviews here. Same few people, ridiculing non-plant based foods, with charts and articles that pop up for a split second saying "research shows.." cuz they don't want you to actually read it. There's a reason this movie is free on YouTube cuz no one would pay to watch this documentary. I'll call it a biased-mentary. It's one thing to encourage plant-based eating, but to have so many opinions ridiculing people who don't? Not cool.
Also, showing the gross-ness of the egg developing to trigger people to be grossed out? I don't know what this documentary is trying to achieve? To make us want to puke anytime we see meat, eggs, and dairy? There's plenty of propaganda out there to make people eat unhealthy things. But this is also propaganda to get people to feel bad about eating anything other than plant-based foods, with he overall message they're pounding home it's the only way to be healthy.
It's like people saying a particular religion is the only way to get "saved." It's proselytizing.
The director makes it seem like he's investigating stuff in an un-biased way…No you're not. You're seeking people whose opinion matches yours.
