    My favourite tips are drink lots of water, get lots of sleep, eat a whole foods diet and eat all the colours – exercise is hard for me now because of my medical issues but I used to train a lot – I miss that! My favourite zen activities are sitting listening to the birds in my garden, or having an aromatherapy bath – great video xxx

    For me it is important to get dressed in order to be productive. I do nothing if I just stay in my pyjamas all day, which is fine sometimes, but not always.
