With a vegan diet, there are risks. Why? Because it is very, very extreme. There are only a handful of people worldwide who would do well on a strict vegan diet. One example (of many): humans need B12 in their diet somewhere. If they have a deficiency, then it could lead to severe dysfunction of pulmonary and circulatory pathways. "Supplements" arguably, are not necessarily the best choice. Hopefully, I have provided info that will help someone with their diet choices! 🏋️
