    If you put sliced eggplant in salt cold water for 10 min before cooking it loses some of its bitterness and taste better. You should try spanish recipe fríed with honey (berenjenas fritas con miel)

    This was hands down the best eggplant I made at home! We added tofu to our dish. Thank goodness you made this video. Otherwise the eggplant I bought impulsively would have perished in my fridge! 😂
