Loved the video, whats a good way of figuring out how much your body needs and the macros? The only training i do is pole fitness classes 3-4 times a week with an average of 2 hours of training each day. I also walk every where, I find that if i eat 1800-2000 calories im still hungry in the night when i come back from classes. Im trying to loose a small amount of excess fat but have no idea how. Ive been following a Whole foods plant based diet now for over 2 years and low in fat. Any suggestions? =) xx
