Guys I wanna become vegan but i love coffee I don't even drink it for energy I drink it for the taste, I dunno why but I can't see any vegans having coffee and honestly I'm getting worried.
love ur vids 🙂 today i had a oatmeal banana shake for breakfast with goji berries, lunch a gardein pizza pocket with a side salad ( so good) , and dinner some sauted potatoes in garlic, vegy stock ,herbs, seasoning. and a garbanzo kale salad sauted in garlic, soy sause , vegetable stock and paprika and a side of rice with lemon and valentina hot sauce.. so damn good! im new to veganism like i just went vegetarian a little over a week ago and decided to go vegan today.. i planned on transitioning slowly but i figured wth ill just start working on it now but try not to be so hard if i slip.. ima take it one day at a time :}

For breakfast i ate a smoothie with 2 bananas, cocoa powder, peanutbutter and almond milk, lunch a tortilla with quinoua, steamed broccoli and salsa, for dinner i had a vegan pizza with tofu and pesto, and dessert a piece of dark chocolate YUM
yumay ive been vegan for almost 2 years it's da best i've had avo sammich w/ clementines for breaky luncch rice w/ sweet chillay sauce + brags aminos + lettuce + cooked veggies + black beans and dinner was homemade soup w/ crackers + a salad
you should try veggies with tahini. i always boil a little water in a frying pan then add in frozen edamame and brussel sprouts for a few minutes then add spinach and kale and drizzle tahini and lemon juice on top and sometimes ill mix in some quinoa its really good
You could try making your own houmous! I made some yesterday (oil free obv) and omg it's sooo good 😍 If you want the recipe let me know and I'll send it on instadirect since it's not mine haha
My go to meal for dinner or lunch is I back potatoes and the I cook garbanzo beans, red kidney beans, black beans and corn and I add some chili powder to it to add some flavor and some lemon and I wash off my beans from the can because when you do this white foam comes off of it and I don't trust it 😂 it's really filling and my favorite thing like ever
Ughhhhhh i love potatoes! You can do so much with them. My favorite is "smashed potatoes." You boil with skins until they are less hard, and then take a masher and just smash it down once (keep skins) then add seasonings of choice (i like pepper and a herb mix) then bake it for a little while. Its sooooooo good!!! Omg best potoatoes
