How do you store your potatoes after steaming them to keep them dry ? Do you just put them in a uncovered bowl in fridge or in covered storage container ? Thank you 😊

One of my all time favorite potato recipes is a sweet potato waffle. You take your already steamed sweet potato/yam and peel it, put it into a bowl and mash it up. Then add about 1-3 tablespoons, depending on how big it is, of any flour or your choice. Mix the flour in and add any spices, I really like cinnamon or pumpkin spice seasoning. Then warm up your non-stick waffle iron and slap your potato mixture in the iron and let it cook. You have to let it steam for a while and it will seem like it’s taking a long time to cook but if you lift up the iron too early it will make a mess. So slowly lift up the iron and look in, if the waffle is starting to split in half then it’s not ready. I love to eat mine with either fresh strawberries, a banana or my favorite is frozen berries that I microwave for a minute and let it get to be liquidity consistency for a syrup. So so yummy and so filling. 🙂
Do you seriously eat 3 potatoes for lunch & 3 for dinner? Not sure of the serving size.
you ate the whole bag of hash browns? As an older person, I don't think I could eat that much and lose weight? Do you have a video on what your mother ate and how much she walked everyday? (since I'm older)
When you show 3 potatoes (for example) along with spices, etc., are you eating that all in one serving? I can’t imagine eating 3 sweet or regular potatoes in a sitting? I’m excited to begin incorporating this into the vegan life style I just vegan recently. Thank you.
I am so subscribing. So far I have all this stuff you made in my kitchen including the George Foreman grill. I will be making the omelet tomorrow for breakfast for me and hubby who’s doing the starch solution with me. I promised him great meals an I’m so glad I found your channel.

Just found your channel and love your recipes! I’m mom to an almost 2 year old and have a meat eating husband. It’s so hard to make meals for the whole family! Would love to see what you do for dinner to satisfy everyone. Just last night i made veggie bean chili in instapot and after i took out my portion, i added ground beef to my husband’s portion.
I make my green beans the same way except I had diced tomatoes and I serve it with rice. These are great recipes! You give me hope if you lost that much weight just since April! That’s great! Consistency has been a problem for me, so here I go again starting brand new today!
