Thanks to it I have lost a lot of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. Interesting! Thank you. I too was wondering about such low calorie intake for young, busy, exercising person, especially seeing as how this is ‘high fat’ diet. Also, not much variety – spinach, olives & avocados for two meals? No supplements? Is this kinda low for protein also? Rose – or alcohol- every day? Wouldn’t that take you out of ketosis! Are you in ketosis? Even if you are, might it actually be because of extremely low caloric intake, along with fasting?
My sister is like that about breakfast to the point where she would be sick. Lol she has a husband and 6 kids she has a tribe too. Thanks for the info.

You fasted until you had coffee and MTC oil not at 2:30 lunch for intermittent Fasting, cream or no cream or butter. Food looks yummy.
This keto thing seems to be just a new fad diet title for calorie restricting. How anyone who doesn't drink coffee survives im not sure.I think I'll just have to stick with good old fashion long n hard way of a deficit.
ive noticed most keto vegans eat like around 1500 cals. im high carb and eat 2000-2500… some days 3000 …. i dont thinki can eat 1400 🙁 will i gain fat if im eating keto and 3000 calories?

Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day and I don't eat my first meal of the day until around 4 p.m. and I have my second meal around 9 p.m. and two snacks. Right now I'm just vegan and looking into vegan Keto. I have been doing the same thing naturally because I have very little appetite but I know that I need to eat and some of the food that I cook or my home health aide Cooks is absolutely delicious.

Having a coffee for breakfast is NOT fasting , To fast is to abstain completely from any food or drink ( other than water ) . Your coffee is literally " the first meal of the day" and since you are taking it less than 16 hours since the last meal it is not technically intermittent fasting. That may be the reason you have not been able to loose weight on what thought was intermittent fasting . you do not give your body enough time to activate the HGH that burns fat.
I was watching JRE and Rhonda Patrick mentioned that things like coffee and tea can start your metabolism and technically interrupt a fasting period. Have you heard this before and do you account for it regarding ketosis? To be truthful I am not very familiar with keto, but the coffee raised a question, for me.

Tip for your “raised leg squats” or split squats as I call them, your back leg is way too high! That was quite painful to watch. You spine is totally out of alignment which you should be maintaining through the movement. His is putting a lot more stress on your quads and you’re not properly engaging your glutes. Hope this helps!
