That salad looked so good! I've started using cucumber noodles a few weeks ago and absolutely love adding them to all my salads now.
I've been vegetarian my whole life but not really eating heathy. Does this diet provide enough protein? If not would adding some extra nuts be a viable substitute?
I would love to eat that much fruit but I don't think I can get enough exercise in to utilise all the sugars and carbs! I'm not necessarily seeking to lose weight, just looking for long term health. Any advice for a healthy (probably raw) vegan diet for a less active human? Much love

I'm thinking of becoming vegan, as I'm primarily on a meat based diet that I don't feel I enjoy as much. I want to know if you have any tips, such as how much I should eat in a day or what type of things are the best nutritionally. I also have an issue with sourcing more vegan food choices, as I still live at home with my dad, and he prefers to eat a meat based diet. I have tried talking to him, but he doesn't seem to sway very easily, is there anything I could tell him to try and convince him to eat more healthily too? Thank you 🙂
hey there, do you need more energy foods when you are in colder places? If yes, what plants do you choose there instead of your fruits in warmer areas?Oh, and do you in general also eat stuff made from nuts? Like Almond paste or so? Or do you mainly just stick to fruits?

Hey Conor. I don't think you mentioned seeds and nuts. Do you eat much of those? Do you have any microalgae like spirulina, or other algaes or seaweeds? You had some sprouts and srouting is a whole world of enzyme rich nutrition on its own. Do you make your own sprouts, which ones? Are there things you don't combine in the same meal? For example I was told banana and avocado shouldn't be eaten together, but I forgot, or never really understood the reason why. Could be BS. Anyway thanks for the videos.
Is that too much potassium in a day? I ask because bananas and avocados both have potassium and that's a lot of bananas 0.o

I've been eating vegan(mostly raw) for about 45 days, It's changed my life in so many ways.
