The company is known for its accommodation programs, onsite yoga classes, and programs to promote local artists, and now they will increase their hospitality even more with their plant-based alternatives. Redefine Meat will be featured on the menus in items such as flank cut, sausages, and even a kebab mix.
Selina property gives guests beautiful places to stay, travel, and work abroad indefinitely. They have thousands of activities and experiences in over 145 destinations worldwide. Most of the company’s properties are in Latin America, but they are opening more locations across the United States, Europe, Israel, and Australia.
The company will slowly begin introducing new menus. They already have a fully plant-based restaurant at a London location, and another property will introduce plant-based options at its restaurant later this month.
The plant-based food market is booming, and research suggests it could make up 7.7 percent of the global protein market by 2030. With a value of $29.4 billion in 2020, experts suggest that the plant-based foods market could have a value of over $162 billion by the end of the decade.
