    Me personally I eat the following:
    1) Grass fed and pasture raised beef, chicken, pork and line caught salmon, whiting, scallops, baby shrimp, and sardines.
    Not a fan of heavy metals in seafood so goodbye tuna and others of the like
    2) Cook with Grass fed beef tallow, grass fed butter or clarified butter (which raises the smoke point from 250 degrees to 486 degrees), coconut oil, avocado oil. (Goodbye safflower, sunflower, corn, grapeseed , canola oils. I down no less than 30 CC's a day of Tunisian or Morrocan Olive oil.
    3) Guaranteed glyphosate free honey from the jungles of New Zealand
    4) Grass fed whole milk and grass fed Kaffir(goats milk)
    5) Grass fed organic meats- ( liver, kidneys bull testicles)
    6) All lectins out of diet- all night shade group including tomatoes, white potatoes, eggplant, yellow squash out of my diet and purines out of my diet which are flour/bread- eliminated. Goodbye pizza. Beans are out too.
    7) Fruit is good- papaya, mango, blueberry, raspberry, pineapple all good. I now eat very few vegetables as they are survival food and clearly not the best nutrition for humans. I do occasionally eat Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli.
    Why grass fed?
    Omega 3 's are high and Omega 6's low.
    When O6 is high and O3 is low, these meats, grain fed, lead people to heart disease.
    I would love to cook for you- and feed you some of the best food you will have in your life- starting with a 6oz grass fed filet mignon basted in grass fed beef tallow and grass fed butter with organic garlic, thyme, oregano, sage, dill, basil from my herb garden and reverse seared to 125 internal temp- rest 10 minutes per pound. Can you say Cabernet from Napa? Emperor's Black Rice with Saffron cooked in gress fed beef broth I learned to make from Chef Jean Pierre. Dessert is a Vanilla, Orange Zest, Raspberry Creme Brulee that I learned to make from Chef Jean Pierre. After dinner, I would propose again- – I know… silly me…

    You need to have the puri/poori with 2 types of flavoured water namely sweet tamrind and spicy green chilly. Thats why its called Pani poori/puri where pani means water.

    Your puri looks great! I think you confused the puri in pani puri and the puri that people would eat with vegetables and other dishes. Pani puri requires spicy water made of ground cilantro, chilies, and other stuff (pani means water) and is a common street food. Plain puri is what you eat with Chana masala, vegetables, etc

    Omg you did itπŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘βœ¨ you can just put some finely chopped onion and ideally puri is supposed to be filled with green coloured water which has flavour of

    mint + Coriander + ginger + black pepper + green chilli + salt = grind all these ingredients and make a fine paste, and add water into a separate bowl add this paste as per required strong flavour, to make flavoured water

    Take puri add some onion and some boiled chickpea or boiled potato or any alternative sprouts will also work and add that green water and have it

    This is called PAANI PURI, pani means water and puri means that crispy thing, .. Enjoyβ€οΈπŸŽ‰
