My father used to plan the menu for the week & we had a time table written in our kitchen at home that was way back in the 70s. We as children too used to participate in the preparation of the menu.

As on the Friday pongal is also rice items n tamarind rice again rice in dinner rajma rice once again rice whole day rice is there pl make some changes in break fast or in lunch because Saturday some people have holiday so they can enjoy something chatpatta no doubt your meal plan is very good still I have suggested only sorry if I am wrong
