The salt thing doesn't seem right, especially not on healthy keto. You need like 2 grams a day when on healthy keto.

I’m on day 1 of 40 day water fast. I want to do this to reverse my type 2 diabetes and reduce blood pressure. It will also be great for my appearance. I am 280LB 6’2 Male. I want to be less than 200 pounds. All muscle. Been overweight all my life and I’m sick of it. It is July now. I want to reach this goal by November. It sounds insane but I know it is possible. I will do it
