For people wanting to try it I wrote it out for myself:
onions + garlic (steam fry until translucent), broccoli, kale, carrots,
red+yellow peppers, zucchini, potatoes (microwave 20 min flip 1/2 way,
preheat oven 400F and bake for 15 min until golden)
blend 1 can tomatoes, 2 tsp ginger, 3 tbs chili sauce, 3 tbs ketchup,
4 tsp cumin, 2 tbs ground coriander, 4 tsp harissa powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper
Then add with onions+garlic, bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes
Then add 2 liters veggie stock + 320 grams lentils + 1 1/2 tbs lemon + 4 tbs nut butter
+ veggies, then bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes
cook quinoa 1:2 parts water, steam broccoli
for salad chop lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, radishes,
spring onions, grate carrot
for dressing: 5 tbsp ground miso, 8 tbsp tahini, 3 tbsp ginger, 2 tbsp rice vinegar,
1 tbsp mustard, 2 tsp powdered garlic, 8 tbsp water, 2 tsp maple syrup
tofu scramble with water drained
2 bananas mashed into bowl, 12 tbsp chia seeds, 600 mL soy milk, 1 tsp cinnamon then
mix together. mix a few times while it's setting
grill tomatoes and mushrooms, stir fry tofu until water is gone, add spinach,
add 1 heaping tbsp of garlic powder, add 1 heaping tbsp of turmeric, a few twists
of black pepper,
creme fresh: blend 120 mL water, 150 grams cashews, 1/2 lemon,
snacks: dried fruit, 1 brazil nut per cup, pumpkin seeds, pistachios and sunflower
seeds
in bowl add chia pudding portions, add berries on top (strawberries, black grapes,
pomagranate seeds and a mint leaf).
+ large slice of watermelon
chop avocado to go with tofu, in tupperware place scramble, 1/2 can sugar-free beans
and grilled mushroom.
In separate tupperwards place quinoa, edamame, salad, pour miso dressing.
in separate tupperware chop potatoes in half, add steamed broccoli, add lentil soup
and garnish with coriander, nuts and chili flakes, dollop creme fresh in corner

Hi Hench I went to a CrossFit gym today to look at signing up and the owner told me that I should be eating upwards of 2 grams of protein to 1 kg of body weight. Does that sound right to you? So I at 75kg would be looking at about 150g per day. I am tempted to get some coaching from you but I was thinking I might try some of your meal plans and do some meal prep for a month and see how it goes as money is tight at the moment. I remember seeing in one of your previous videoβs that Vivo is your chosen protein powder, is that still the case? I have had it before and it was one of the better tasting ones but I still find them hard to get down as you need to use a lot of powder and the because of the taste.
I'm so glad I discovered your channel! This has really helped me. I'm a vegetarian and I want to incorporate more plant based meals into my diet. This is definitely giving me ideas

Easy Hench. The knees over toes guy did a video on diet recently where him and another fella talk about their food principles. They both look ripped to shizzell and talk about beating food addictions and not being on a miserable diet so I imagine it will massively appeal.
