You looked better at 206 imo (even leaner). See your shoulders deflate at 201? Also, your skin looks healthier at 206 eating a balanced diet. Plants just don't have enough protein to build more muscle than meat does imo. Just eat a balanced diet and mostly eat chicken/eggs for your protein and you will be super healthy and build more muscle than strictly plant eaters. If you just wanna be skinny and not have much muscle, eat vegan. I guarantee you there hasn't been a body builder that has made it to the top 10 on a vegan diet
If I workout hard then fast and skip meals '' i seem to lose my body frame '' i know due to lack of protein and materials '' it's crazy but I do have fast metabolism
As someone who weighed 372 pounds in April and has lost 81 pounds so far by switching to a WFPB diet alone with no fasting, but with cardio and weight training, I can attest to the fact that you lose A LOT of weight by going high carb plant based diet. Mainly, it's because you eat untiil you're full, but the carbs you eat don't spike your blood sugar and you stay full for much longer.
I've started intermittent fasting these last two days, and I'm not noticing as much hunger. There's still a bit, but not a lot. I'm doing the 20/4 fast. So I have 4 hours of eating, and 20 hours of fasting. I'll alternate to 16/8 or 18/6 so my body doesn't get too used to it. I've also built up a substantial amount of muscle on this diet. I'm down to 291 pounds and well on my way to my 190 pound weight goal (depending on how much muscle I've built by then). I've lost 81 pounds in 7 months. I hope I can lose the rest by September of next year.
How many hours did you do? I do 22-24 hours daily. I'm type 2 carnivore-on meal a day and pescatarian-ovo lactovegetarian every other day. i love this. I've always been curious about you guys o the other side of the fence. Thanks for the video.

What is the best vegan food to break a fast? Fruit is supposed to be eaten on a empty stomach but also leads to an insulain spike. So when is the best time to eat fruit
I have the same… if I eat no matter how nutritious breakfast I am starving after 2-3h and all I wanna do whole day os overeat. I follow vegan diet of guys from Mastering Diabetes (not only for diabetics!) as imo is very healthy and I see sooo many unhealthy eating vegans around…xx

Im only eating plants that grow above ground. Red or green in color. Major detox for a bbq lover. And only 30 minute windows to eat in mid afternoon. It great to kick the sugar and processed foods
Did you eat legumes during your intermittent fast? I just went grain free vegan but eat legumes. Wondering if that will impact weight loss and fasting success.
vegan don't actually need to fast forever because our diet is not rich in fat so we still gotta provide the body with energy constantly the best choice is to eat on a 12 eating window and not eat on a 12 hour eating window to still get the insulin reducing benefits of fasting but when trying to cut down some weight from too much vegan fat plant source you can fast for 18 hours and have a 6 hour eating window and get the full benefit so the reason while meat eater will more benefit from fasting is to not get overweight from all the fat in their diet but us vegan benefit from it more on a cellular level cause more cell cleansing than fat burning because of low body fat percentage bud bud π

I am about 5'7 in size and weight about 123 pounds, which according to nutriologists is right on the edge before underweight. In the video you mentioned weighting 101 pounds, but you really meant 201 right? I would appreciate tips.
Excellent video, glad to see it, I am 71, Vegan 9 months now, 20 – 22 hr fasting almost every day, be flexible too, did a 4 day fast up to Thanks Giving, based on not much results that 4th day of fasting, leading up to Christmas will be doing a three days fast this time, I am down 50 pounds, stuck on 250 again, lost 11 pounds on the 4 day, gained it all back on beer and pasta, just black, green tea or water fasting, now going mostly whole foods and still beer, but "no more oil" is the next step 4 me, and collard leaf wraps instead of Xstream wraps sometimes, be flexible, when you do the 20 – 23 hr fast most days the thee days fast is shockingly easy, I started the fasting because a friend has cancer and we are seeking a way to stave cancer cells, which cannot live on ketones, this whole life style is turning out to be fun, this will let your body know who is in charge–
