Just wanted to share my experience with making the corn chowder in the Instant Pot. My soy milk curdled so I don't recommend it. Next time I will use the stove top.

I love your show. You two are great. Just wanted to mention that we use a Hanes 2.0 passive Solar Cooker for camping. It works great and there is no open flame.
