1 apple, cut into rings 2 slices of bread, i like a seedy wheat nut butter, i use pb or ab liquid sweetener, i like maple cinnamon to preference ! i like lots:)
These recipes look so yum omgggπππππ, i'm definitly going to try those corncakes as soon as possible as a breakfast i think bc i can't rlly eat anything in the morning and they seem pretty light on the stomach, i hope
hi mina, i'm not vegan but I love your videos so much!! they make me a more creative snacker <3 I had an egg, green onion, and sweet potato breakfast burrito and it was delicious—maybe you could try that but with a vegan egg replacement as a new recipe? π so excited to preorder your cookbook!!
Mango chia dessert pudding — it's like tapioca pudding I blend together lots of frozen mango and coconut milk/cream, maple syrup for sweetness, fresh lemon and zest, fresh nutmeg, vanilla and dash salt. I then pour this mixture over chia seeds and desiccated coconut, mix thoroughly, and let sit in fridge for 4 hours at least. sometimes I stir in small chunks of mango to the pudding too. Serve with fresh mango chunks, maybe some additional lemon zest and fresh nutmeg
I read the secret history a few days back and loved the characters sm! Not that theyβre good people or anything but just the complexity and intrigue of them absolutely had me hooked!
Here is the lowest effort dish I personally know: Grab a piece of pita bread, tortilla wrap or arabic bread, slap some nutella on it, and then throw it on the grill. Heaven. You can also add butter along with nutella, or peanut butter to make it taste like a snickers bar.
This is not a snack but a drink: Biscoff hot chocolate ΒΎ cup of milk ΒΌ cup of Coffee 1Β½ tbls of cacao powder 1Β½ tbls of sugar 1 tbls of biscoff cookie butter ΒΌ tsp of vanilla extract A pinch of salt I just put everything in a little saucepan a cook until it thickens. The cookie butter in that amount doesn't make the drink taste like it but adds creaminess and a little somthing else to the chocolate flavor
i swear every single thing in here looks DELICIOUS i'll cry. i got braces today i was wondering if there can be a video about meals you can eat with braces π«π«
All those recipes sound so delicious! Another savory snack, that I love are puff pastry pizza bitesπ they are really easy to make: you only need to spread a bit of fresh garlic on store bought puff pastry, add chopped leek and vegan cheese + some pepper/salt. Then bake it according to the puff pastry instructions:) The best thing is, that you can add any leftovers you like (vegetables, vegan spreads etc.). PS: I really recommend the vegan puff pastry by the brand Moin (you can find it in organic stores like Bio company and Dennsπ€)
okay, so. The Best avo toast: good toasted bread (i make sourdough regularly lol), vegan butter, a Thin spreading of marmite (can u tell im from the uk? can also be any other yeast extract you can get, and ik it sounds weird af but pls trust me here its key), sliced avo that you mash into the toast (esp sourdough bc it gets into all the craters), lemon juice, then sprinklings of cayenne pepper. Its how my mum was taught to make it when she worked in a new zealand avo farm, and i honestly cant do anything else now. nothing tops it for me
6 that's 6 right? still 5. π you crack me up. Great video as always Mina!!
God will keep you for us #doctororias , for the herbal supplements for healing HSV …

LOVED The Secret History! If you like it and are looking for something similar, I recommend If We Were Villains by M.L. Rio.
You can try a toast with hummus, and veggies on top: I like to pan fry zucchini with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and red pepper flakes.
Hear me outtt: plain bagel toasted with βcream cheeseβ (silken tofu blended with lemon and splash of sweetener
