The name is namwa bananas
It's my first video from you that I see and you're really fun! Subscribe 🙂
If you cannot find pandan leaf, you can use pandan extract. It can be found in Asian markets. The reason you use saba or apple bananas is because they are cooking bananas. Regular bananas will explode if you try to fry it and it will be mushier if you use dessert banana.
it so yummy
Thank you for the recipe- I did not have pandan leaves but I used jackfruit fresh cut. It came out so good too.
I will definitely try this recipe- I know this will be very good thank you!
I would so appreciate the background music not being so loud!
Thanks for a great presentation.
Lmaooooo that ending tho 👌👌👌
How do you make it more thicker in texture ? I love when it’s a little thicker thanks for sharing!!! I’m going to try it at home for me and my mom. Looks super Ono (delicious)
It's really delicious. I cut the bananas smaller though. Now I need to wait an hour. But it already tastes warm so good😋. I used the rice cooker 😂
I added oat milk though
I just made this recipe, and it was amazing ❤️
I went to a relatives house that made this as a kid but we ate it hot. Not room temperature but like hot soup hot.
Going to try in 2020 😊😊
Lovely recipe but your presentation style drives me nuts.
Thanks I just made this, with a 400ml can of light coconut milk and 600ml water. Very nice! Thanks so much for the recipe 🙂
Nice work and certainly will give it a try this recipe by this weekend. (despite I couldn´t find Pandan leaf in my country) Greetings from Mexico.
Yummy yummy yummie
I just made it, so good. Thank you
Can I use any size pearls?
opening shot of this stuff looks like…elephant cum.
oh shit, the rabbit hole just got deeper 🙂 im in trouble now
We used to call them Ladyfinger bananas in Australia. Far longer ripening time and think its a lower starch banana too. Great recipe.
Wonderful intro, video, great sense of humor (love it). Don't know if anyone mentioned it before but in the Caribbean/Latino/Jamaican/Guyanese grocery stores you may find them cheaper …since they are a tropical fruit you may be able to find them in one of them. we call them in Puerto Rico " "guineo manzano or guineo manzana" (which means the same darn thing, lol) and in Dominican Republic it is called "platano manzano". funny thing, what we call "guineo" what they call "platano" and what we call "platano" they call it "guineo" :/ 😀 all good. in america they are called "lady finger" (really i don't know what's so lady about it, lol) small banana, or "silk banana". Guyanese call it "fig banana" and in Jamaica "short finger". Hope this helps you find it whenever it is out of season for you. I find it awesome that we share so many same things and we have given them different names 😀 stay weird! 😀
A girl that likes The Descendents…so hot. Listening to "Get the Time" right now.
La dua!
Hi I have pandan flavoring can that be used instead of the leaves? Thank you for your videos.
I love how you both grew up eating this.. my boyfriend now wants me to make it for him because he loves banana everything. LOL! I seen a recipe a bit similar using Chia seeds. What's your thoughts on that in place of the tapioca? I think I'm going to make it both ways. BTW the little blooper at the end is hilarious. LOL! 😛
You guys are hilarious
Bahahhahhaha banana peeeling
@3:15 or there about: #RIP the late great #MarvinGaye <3
Amazing and easy! Thank you.
Sooo good, I love this dessert. 💖
Ditch the corporate tradeshow music and throw on some Descendants. After all you're wearing the T-shirt. Unless you're trying to be ironic or something. 😉
Mum loves those asian bananas – I don't like them so much… standard bananas are so much sweeter I think and better texture. Maybe cause mum always gets the frozen ones (you can too if ever you want from asian grocers – not sure on price…)
Guys!! I've been offline for 2 weeks and now I have ALL OF THE VIDEOS to watch!! Your first as always <3
I've made this tapioca pudding, but I cook the tapioca separetely, and dump the water, then added to the water and the coconut milk. you can guess the rest.
Is he alright? lol… I love tapioca. I have small and large pearls. Can you use the large I wonder????? It looks so good.
Just got done making it! Mmmmmmm😍 thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes!! Pizza tonight🍕🍕🍕
HAHAHA The ending was so funny! I love that you share what you ate growing up, it's fun to try something near and dear to your hear from another part of the world 🙂
Hi guys, I just found your channel today, and I'm so glad I did! You all rock (I love your kind of "weird"). I look forward to trying many of your delicious recipes, and seeing many more videos from you in the future!! 🙌✌💞
Rawch and Dee, I was wondering if you could do a recipe video of the Vietnamese cold dessert drink. It is also called che at the local drink shop here. It is like a shaved ice with coconut milk and then red bean, pandan jelly, or other types of jelly or tapioca pearls, taro paste and/fresh fruit like long an or jackfruit. The ones we buy are always way too sweet!
I wish I liked che chuoi!! It's my family's favourite lol. I always like che ba mau more. Also those Asian bananas are soooo gooodd. My mom used to batter and fry them when I was a kid <3 There's fresh pandan leaf at the Chinatown in Mississauga! Have you guys used pandan extract? It come in a little bottle at the Asian grocery 🙂 (but fresh is better)
hungry now. love you guys
I need to try this! Is tapioca healthy?
PMSL ! 😉
You guys crack us up every time! lol! I haven't seen pandan leaf at our local Asian store. I'll have a closer look in the freezer section next time. We have a similar preparation with tapioca pearl too, but we add in cassava root instead of banana. It's like tapioca with tapioca. lol! 😀 We'll try your banana version, we just know we are going to love this.
This looks so simple but so good!
Oh that on point vietnamese pronunciation. Are you guys Viet?
perfect!! 😀 I have all the ingredients
Hope Rawch is OK; what unfortunate timing! Will look for frozen pandan leaf and those cubey nanners at the Viet-Thai import store this week. Thanks for posting!
Can you use coconut milk in a carton ?
