I have a very simple way or phrase to be more accurate that reminds me of the unhealthy Global fast food giant called McDonald's. Whenever someone in my family or a friend asks me "Hey do want something from Mcdonald's"? My response is "No, I don't want anything from Mcshit's" My wife sometimes gets a little upset but i tell her I might as well eat rat shit if i put that crap in my body. The documentary on Mcdonalds shows what chicken Mcnuggets is made out of a pink pasty substance that among other things contains Silicone (glass) and how about the fries being put into a glass jar and three weeks later they look almost exactly like the fries you ordered that day, no mold or fungus that's not normal. Growing your food is the best but hell the government is trying to control that telling The Amish and other organic farmers that they have to use certain pesticides on they're vegetables & fruits! We live in an insane asylum no doubt about it!!!

Check all your vitamins. It's so hard to find vitamins that don't have soybean oil.

After most cultures stopped being hunter-gatherers, people became farmers and based their diets on carbs (wheat, rye, barley, corn, rice, millet, potatoes, etc.). Until recently, only rich people were fat. The difference since the late sixties/early seventies is the huge increase in consumption of refined-carb junk food, especially sugar, the acceptance of all-day snacking, the huge increase in portion size, the reliance on convenience foods, and the adoption of sedentary habits. Unrefined carbs provide valuable nutrition and fibre. Facts. (Let's see how long this contrarian post is allowed to remain.)

What he said at 1:11:00 has pretty much come true. If you look at how the world now is so crazy about the keto and low-carb diets that it is pretty much the main stream weight loss diet this documentary was ahead of its time.

You don't need to watch this. Basic thermodynamics…your bodyweight is dependent on the net energy in or out. That's it. And this guy's nasally pedantic tone is really annoying.

CSPI stuff. I'm from England but basically everything they've said in this documentary is now pretty much reality. A huge amount of young people are becoming vegetarian or vegan and we have calories on fast food and restaurant items Also junk food advertising is going to be banned and guess what… It's all good! So this particular segment hasn't aged very well 😂 Although I know food stuff and the government is very different in the USA

Yes consuming less calories on a fast food diet will make you lose weight but all that sugar and seed oil that you're consuming can still lead to heart disease, cancer, and diabetes even if you're not obese. So the moral of the story is, even though Super Size Me wasn't super accurate it doesn't mean it's okay to eat fast food or any heavily processed food for that matter.

    24:00 you hesitated. You thought
    about adding fries. And guaranteed
The temptation stayed with you until
you got some fries! This is what fat
people don't get. It's not about force.
    It's about luir. Tempting. Influence.
McDonald's is a bad influence plain
and simple. I'm not saying for them
to stop. I'm just calling them out rn.

This video is 10 years old and the fight still goes on what food is best for Human consumption. Its simple, Eat all animal products, as much as you can eat, that includes Eggs Saturated Fats, Red meat, White Meats, Seafood, Poultry and Dairy No seed/ vegetable/ plant oils BUT Coconut Oil and Palm Oil are good. Limit fruit due to Fructose and don't eat carbohydrates. Highly processed foods are generally carbohydrates and usually are loaded with man made seed/vegetable oil and are responsible for Eye Macular Degeneration disease. No sugars or sugar substitutes. Some vegetables are ok but remember most have toxins to stop insects and animals eating them. Coffee Ok for some people, Water Ok. The ultimate elimination diet is animal meats and products and water. So that's my book, four sentences.

I have trouble believing we're averse to being fat because we're somehow racist. Hispanics and blacks were never fat in the 50s, so it's not genetics. Same as whites. People eat too much and live a very lazy kind of lifestyle, it's completely unrelated to race.

5000 cal per day of anything is not possible and all calories are not made equal. You cannot physically eat 5000 cal of broccoli. Even though nuts and seeds have high calories, studies have shown that eating them in astronomical quantities also doesn’t cause weight gain because it appears that the body uses the fiber in these foods to just defecate out the excess fat. So it’s BS to say that 5000 cal of anything will make you fat- it cannot. Fast food is the only unique category of food that can do this because it was designed to do this

What this film trying to prove and the message that you are trying to deliver? That eat meat, fries and milkshake is healthy? Main message seems that you are promoting junk food which ok to be eaten. Also the video is full with generalities based on your own opinion. Black and Spanish have thick skin and more susceptible to be fat? I’m not a black neither a Spanish, but I saw all nationality having the same tendency to be fat when eating junk. What is the source your base it on? Which statistics Don’t look in the streets. Look in the cardiology departments and you could see that heart attack stem from fatty, all animals food that cause the blood to be viscous, block circulation and stick in the margins of the arteries and blood vessels. Cardiology departments are full with patients from all nationalities and races. It has no racialisms. One minute seeing person in the street and next in the ER fighting for his life. Your generalities based on zero science which is a big nonsense. Fact talks. People are sick and fat globally. This is fact. I think you needed a good excuse to celebrate on junk McDonald for a month. Looks as it was a completely personal reason and you filmed it for approval to stuff yourself silly with McDonald. American are sick and dying from excess sugar and fat. How can you compare it to healthy food of vegetables, grain, legumes, nuts and seeds. You are not even close dude. This film is just convincing how much people loves their junk food and not going to change any bit of their habits to feel good and healthy. You are preaching the mass with carbohydrates processed sugar, and saturated fats diet which is basically what McDonald’s has to offer. That’s a shame. 👎👎👎🥱🤨

We need to remember poor people often eat what they can afford. Sadly some fast food places, food is cheaper than grocery stores. I fed myself and my 2 daughters cheaper on a 2 cheeseburger meal only adding 1 cheese burger cheaper than buying a pound of hamburger.
