I love these type of videos. I never got tested but I think I don't get enough magnesium. I used to get horrible cramps and insomnia in my calves and my doctor said I should supplement with magnesium and it helped. Every once in a while I take the supplement when I feel that the cramps are coming back or I am tired. Now I know which food I should eat more. Thanks Amanda.
I know it's pretty niche but teff contains so much magnesium! I got 51 % of my magnesium today from it. I've been on a teff porridge kick & it's tasty AF, especially with pumpkin spice, banana & walnuts. So much extrahealth haha.

okay well i think i need more magnesium.. i'm tired all the time but when trying to sleep i'm anxious and can never fall asleep before it's been like at least 3 hours of laying down. so, good reason to buy dark chocolate today haha 😂 my favourite thing anyways, but now i don't have to deny it from myself
