These guys waste half the time talking and then don't even tel how they make the broth. Don't waste your time.
If you're making this with rice noodles, be sure to boil the noodles separately and rinse them afterwards, otherwise the starch from the noodles will make the sauce almost non-existent.

I made it tonight for dinner, very delicious. It was too much coconut milk to my taste and turned out to be too thick although I used 50% more veg stock (probably because I used mie noodles). And do rather more toppings than less.
