I eat close to 300g of protein a day. Ive watched game changer and really want to give this a go. So over eating meat…….ps if i were to have two whey protein shakes with these meals would that be ok…or is whey still considered as an animal product

This is good. But I couldnt eat beans 3 or 4 times in one day.
What I do is start the day with oatmeal and fruit. Or quinoa and banana pancakes.
A plant based super sandwich for lunch with wholewheat bread my vegan cheese (soft enough to spread like a butter) cherry tomatoes. Chopped Kale and peanut. Butter on one of the slices of bread.
Dinner will be either baked sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli and my spicy tomato salsa sauce (to die for). Or bean and sweet pepper burritos. With a killer spicy tomato sauce.
Late night smoothie after training. Will be blended banana, oats, quinoa and sliced FROZEN pineapple. Which is amazing. Its takes on the texture of ICECREAM. But super healthy icecream. So lush you can eat the smoothie like yogurts with the frozen pineapple shavings.
Other days. I will make super high protein soups with mung beans, lentils, chickpeas, peppers and garlic/spices.
Make a huge super vegan pizza. Where the base is made with chick pea flour and cauliflower. The topped with a tomato sauce. Onions, chesnut mushrooms sliced. Pineapple, grated courgette. Cherry tomatoes. Crushed walnuts and grated vegan cheese.
I eat one half of the pizza. And the other half the next day or day after.

I tried this out this week and it was great! However.. when exercising and meal prepping, do you double up quantity for two meals a day or what
