The potatoes skins have a good amount of nutrients, it would be good to leave them on!

Ok just tried the first bowl, and WOW!!! it was sooooo gooood. Delicious. I didn’t have tahini so i used some hummus i had in the fridge, didn’t have lemon so i used a tablespoon of ponzu and added water to make the dressing. I air-fried the onion and sweet potato for 12 mins on 400 degrees F. Lastly I added some beats to the top. I love it and can’t wait to make it again. Tomorrow I’m trying the Tropical bowl 🙂
These look great, but imo tofu is vile and processed.
Wash the sweet potatoes. They come from the ground. Maple syrup is no good. Unless it's low sugar, no. The ones I k ow have 54 mg of sugar. No good
