I would like to point out his diet and food intake was probably better than most peoples hate me or not but but i think that his ethnic origin was responsible for that, secondly he done well.. his form was quite bad on some of the exercises especially pull ups but no way to tell how fatigued he was at that stage if doing pull ups i prefer to use them near the start of a workout they require a good amount of energy. If you cant do an exercise with proper form then you must focus on the first!! Even if its just a couple reps! For what ive seen his results were extremely good when comparing the last photos.. maybe even too good hmmm

I think one of the main things that make people fail is the diet. People thinking "Oh I gotta start eating like a goat now, fuck it" and don't bother with exercising because everyone and their grandmother says "you can't lose weight without eating like a rabbit!"

Yaps… I still doing it…its been a month…my goal at first its just get my ideal weight, its 70kg… So doing my exercises… I don't plan to gain my muscles but its good if my muscles also growing…so i asked to gym owner how much calories, protein n etc that i have to eat..n the answer was shocked me… simply its need a lot money n i little bit down cuz what i doing n a month is useless…i was thinking like that while i ask to the owner, but i stop thinking like that, i try to keep my mindset… While i go home i remember about my goal at first i doing the exercises…n i looking for "gain muscle without supplement" or "most cheapest supplement" n i didnt got the answer… But i find this video at my recommended…n this Video is give me back my spirit to doing the exercises… n bullying is give me back the spirit tho…

your video really motivated me dude. I have been searching for body tranformation videos for months, and everybody keeps talking about their supplement and protien products which make me wanna quit. I am so poor that I cannot afford much more than whole wheat toast and chicken breast. sometimes I think that weightloss and body fit is not appropriate for poor people like me because it requires lots of money on personal coach , supplements etc.
I have lost about 15kilograms already thru cardio and eat calories deficit and now i want to be more fit and get rid of my lower belly without using shakes or supplements
