Hope Jeff brings someone who is a vegetarian and built a physique like him.
You r rock bro
But what exactly do you eat???
I got Cavaliere shredded about 4 months ago and since then, I’ve had an average at best diet with a lot of junk food, still look like him. 3 keys are: GYM, SAUNA, NO SUGAR DRINKS
These are great videos. So positive and straight forward.
I have a similar body type but I'm a female.
Your information and training fit my body type exactly. The "meals" are an example of what makes me feel healthy.
I love keto or Atkins, have more mental energy in ketosis but I always have to ADD healthy carbs. I seem to not be able to stay "too low" on carbs. My kidneys start hurting and I loose water weight by urination.
It always comes right back when I add carbs. I am healthier on a more balanced diet but with "more protein".
I also seem to need nuts, trail mixes etc
When I'm very active I need calories like a hummingbird. That's the best example I can find. Not sugar but a mix of protein and some sucrose .I seem to need more meals more often and they have to be healthy.
I have hypoglycemic "appearing" reactions.
I've been tested for diabetics etc but have never been diagnosed as such.
My body just seems to burn better on more small meals with more proteins and I need sucrose or something similar to balance my blood.
I am 5'10, I have a light bone structure.
I never had muscle until I started building in my late 30s
I found that I actually could build muscle.
Not bulky muscle but more feminine muscle.
And I have to maintain that diet to feel well.
It's like a hummingbird needing those frequent meals.
I can't control my eating habits even while I still workout. And that make me gain belly fat. Pls I need a meal plan to control this habit of mine.
french fries cooked not fried in olive oil oe fried it depends
The fact that your a natural athlete is just fucking mind blowing amazing.
I love me some Whoppers
Awesome information. Thank you.

Pure Wisdom Pal…Nice one
Jeff,
Thanks for the consistently great content I appreciate it.
Will you please create a video update of the vitamins/supplements you are currently taking and why they are beneficial.
Thx Jeff,
Mike
Outstanding mindset and focus! Thank you
Honestly don't see a problem with having a cheat day every week
1) its not gonna negatively effect your fat loss as long as you don't go over board
2) its actually gonna be good for fat loss cos eating more calories at the end of the week will prevent your motabolism from slowing down as a result of being in a prolonged calorie defecit
3) its gonna make your diet more sustainable
4) it will do u wonders psychologically by giving u a reward for the hard work you've put in all week
5) yes your usually diet should be enjoyable anyway and you should be eating the foods that u enjoy on a dailly basis. But let's be honest no matter how enjoyable your meals are they're not gonna compare to a cheat meal.
For example i frequently eat salmon rice and veg. Its one of my favourite meals . However , as enjoyable as that meal is , it doesnt compare to burger and fries. I also like to eat naturall yoghurt on a dailly basis too but that doesn't compare to icecream or chocolate or cheesecake. And no beverage that I consume is gonna compare to an ice cold can of coca cola
You can tell this is a channel that actually cares. The detailed descriptions, the efficient cuts waste no time – most digestible, effective way to learn about health/fitness IMO with actually good, non-biased information
Good video, Jeff! I added those between meal nutrients on a better schedule and made some progress in just a couple weeks. But its REALLY hard for me to maintain precise schedule. REALLY hard!
In my opinion🤔
Performance should determine your nutritional habits.
Not all of us want to be Jeff Cavaliere lean hahahaha… uhm Jeff, that's an understatement, especially if you change "want to be" with "will actually get to the level of", I mean, I'd take shedding off belly fat any day of the week as a good enough offer, hence the reason why I'm watching this video…. I mean, respect to you, but that level of leanness lol, come on, it's just way too above the rest of us mortals….
I would like to hear more on the amount of fat you take in to your diet.
I am around 18/19% fat I would like to get down to about 15%
why the imbalance in jeff’s mouth? 🤔🤔
Is really eating animals necessarily for workout, or despite being vegetarian because of not killing animals still can build up ? Thanks
Do you believe in taking creatine or protein supplements like powders
I wanna get Bruce Lee shredded
What time do you wake up??
You never eat outside of those times? That's ALL DAY EATING hahahahahah.
You're a great physical trainer….after watching this….you really should not be giving nutrition advice…
I wish I had a guy like Jeff 🙏✨️ Amazing mindset

Jeff, any chance of doing a video on fat gain during menopause, and the best way to attack it, especially body fat around the middle? Thank you!!
Love the info, Jeff!
Great vid!!!!
Jeff, just of curiosity, i wanna ask you… these days people are going for non surgical liposuction to reduce fat and then maintain diet. Whats your opinion on this ?
Rocky
Just wondering if you communicating with people to find the best way to hem to get back on track. By meals, exercises, where and when. On good price as you offering. If you do, how is it possible? – need help deeper way, had some huge accident, after which it is hard to get back on my role, need good support and help that way. cheers.
Yes… its up to you how lean you want to be… but there is a limit, some got more fat cells than others, and this can only be fixed (at least for a while) with liposuction.
How many grams of carbs, fats, and protein should I eat a day based on my body weight
