What worked for my 51 year old diabetic mother is. 1) Removed processed grain like white rice, Wheat flour, potatoes and sugar completely from diet. Instead go for millets and barley.( Low GI food) 2) 90 minutes of walking + cycling everyday. 3) Not eating anything before 11 AM and after 8 PM.( Intermittent fasting) 4) Include chia seeds, walnuts and flax seeds in daily diet.(Omega-3) 5) Eat 1 small bowl of thoroughly cleaned salad then eat food. Got rid of all insulin, statins, metformin and blood thinners in 3 months. HbA1C down to 5.8 from 10.7. No body pain or neuropathic issues anymore.
Plz don't declare somebody is best…the one who is best for you may not be best for somebody else. Everybody is good in their own right. Dear people try to understand it.
I hear we need carbs too but when i eat even a meal of carb my weight changes over the night and i a worried to loose my gain in long run if i will keep carbs
