I love meal prep and it is a game changer for quick meals. Brussel sprouts a little blackened are the best! I love to prep veggies, a protein, and a carb with basic spices and add fun sauces for each meal. I need to add couscous and veggies with lemon and olive oil back to my meal prep. I love that it is great hot or cold.
Oh yes! I love this combination of veggies. Sometimes for the cauliflower, carrot,chickpea mixture…I like to add sweet potato and roast them with curry powder and serve them on rice with yogurt and cilantro 👌 I think I'm gonna try out yours. Looks tasty.
That meal looked so good. I enjoy all those veggies too. Especially the brussel sprouts and garbonzo beans. Please try to more of these types of videos.

Also, roasted broccoli is the best way to eat broccoli, IMO. So delicious.
You could roast the Brussels sprouts with the other veggies, too. Roasted Brussels sprouts are so good!
I suggest steaming the spinach because it increases its nutritional value
