I love this plan. I hope it works for you (health and weight loss). I am also looking to shed a bit of weight and always ISO ultimate health. You reminded me how much I love soup. I am excited for the weather to start getting colder her in Chicago so I can try the soup preload with dinner. I usually start making weekly soups in October, so I have another month of summer recipes to enjoy, but then it is soup season 🙂
Good morning! I had similar digestive issues as you did and I did a 60 day juice fast like the Fat Sick & Nearly Dead movie and healed my guts. I went on to lose 92 pounds. I have a fantastic breakfast alternative to a smoothie. I have a bowl of thawed blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, a diced apple with cinnamon and cloves sprinkled on and the magic ingredient roasted cinnamon chickpeas! You drizzle them with a tiny amount of maple syrup (sometimes I don’t even do that) and coat them with cinnamon and air fry or roast them until they are dry and crunchy. Then add some onto your berry bowl, splash in a touch of plant milk and you have a satisfying, nutrient rich morning “cereal”.
I’m so glad I found your channel. I struggle with staying consistent and keep watching my health decline. I hope I can eventually become as dedicated as you are!
I need variety. If I eat the same thing too often I get bored and quit. I have some staple meals we come back to every week but I'm always trying new recipes. I've found the longer I am WFPB the more my taste changes so my foods have to change too.

I love salads and soups as well. I mostly like soups because I can throw in all sorts of veggies and I don't use oil to saute. I have a bit of trouble with salads…I love the salad itself, but I miss my olive oil in the dressing. I will need to check out your oil free dressings again and give them a try.
BUT how is preloading different from a 50/50 75/25 plate? Thanks in advance 🥰

I eat a fruit before breakfast lunch and dinner, like an apple or so, or a portion other fruits. Is it okay to drink a juice after dinner? What you think about it? Thank you for all your explanations, it's very Helpful! Thank you! Have a good day!
Live to eat very simple. Potatoes and broccoli for instance.
