Hey guys she looks great and I support her in her journey however can I just say that low fat diets are dangerous because you need fat to absorb fat saluble vitamins. If she is not eating enough fat she may be nutrient deficient. Please do your research before you follow someone who is not a professional. Just because someone has lost weight doesn't mean they are healthy.

you don't need to do any of this. intermittent fast and eat whole foods. you can still eat what you enjoy, you just don't need to eat all of it. no need to count calories.
Girl I’m 5’4 and also my heaviest was 194! I’m 160 at the moment and actually like the way i look, but know i could still feel better physically. I’m really encouraged to see you get to 120 it makes me feel like i can too
If y’all are looking for Fat loss specifically go keto you can’t eat carbs if you want to get rid of that belly and those arms. Stuff like bread and potatoes aren’t going to aid you and don’t make her saying “low fat “ trick you into eating like her essentially you need fat to burn fat (healthy fat ofc) everyone’s body is different so if this video helps you then I’m glad but for what I’m thinking the majority is Y’all need keto plus you lose weight quicker

And exercise? You look fantastic btw. Eating a healthy whole food plant diet was the best decision I ever made plus I love animals.
