thank you for amazing recipes, i’ve tried many vegan cheeses y’all – cashew, starch ones, chickpea, almond, pumpkin seed, and let me tell you that you won’t find something better than a cashew cheese. especially when you ferment them with probiotics – super delish & tangy! but for people like me who are scared to add seasoning without knowing it would be fitting this video is super helpful as you have so many options.

Can you please show us how to make pizza cheese using aquafaba vs. no aquafaba? How does it taste? Gooey enough?
