Also – Drop a comment below with your favorite oatmeal of all time – I'd love to hear it!
According to Dr Steven Gundry, oats too high in lectins. Perhaps ferment them for a few days (good bacteria probably eat the non nutrients in the process)
I wonder if instant oatmeal in the small packs would be just fine and also promote weight lose…a little sugar but low in calories a pack…
I lost more eating meat 😊
What about the milk you're using and where do you get that milk what's the name of it and I thought if you went vegan you wouldn't supposed to do dairy or meat so confused
I do not, not, not like the consistency of oatmeal. The only way I started eating it again was your oat flour pancakes and muffins made from oat flour. 😊 Trying to convince myself to eat it in its more natural state.
I just like oatmeal and fruits: blueberries, strawberries
Another bs video ugh
Oh my goodness! I love savory oats too
🧡❤️💜💚I always hated anything with oats but since they are so healthy I kinda forced myself to eat oats for breakfast every day for a while and no lie I like oatmeal now. I crave it! 🧑🍳 I make cooking videos too. so I’m always looking out for new recipes and tips & tricks to use in the kitchen. 🤳Plus I like to see how people film their videos and I have to say this is beautifully presented. ❤️ I think we could learn a lot from each other! Thank you for sharing your talent with us all! 🤗
I can’t wrap my head around savory oats.
I tried the savory oatmeal oats i added green onion, cilantro and tacco seasoning it was good
oh by the way this recipe taste like dessert
yummy
I add double the amount of water to oatmeal and stir it a lot while cooking so it becomes kind of creamy.
Tia, you are so refreshing to watch… watching your videos really keeps me motivated to keep going! Your authenticity shines through your videos and it makes it so much easier to connect with them and you 🍄 thank you ✨
I just switched from eating steel cut oats to oat groats and LOVE oatmeal even more because of it!
Cooking might destroy or damage some of the vitamins in the Nooch. I think I would add it after it’s cooked & cooked a little.
How long it took to lose that 50 pounds?
I 🧡 🍚 Carbs 🙂
You are awesome and great thank you so much 💕💕
Nobody in my family liked the peach oatmeal or the chocolate pb oatmeal. I'd rather eat an apple with pb sauce than oatmeal with pb sauce. I'm trying to eat more oatmeal to lower my cholesterol, but I'm not liking it.
Many thanks for the calorie comparisons! =^••^=
What do you think of steel cut oatmeal?
I've never liked oatmeal much, but I'm trying to lower my cholesterol, so am trying to eat it more. I do IF, and don't usually eat breakfast, so oatmeal is hard to get in. Tried the peaches and cream today, since it's a Saturday. It was okay. Needed butter….and salt.
Oatmeal is NOT my favorite but I think I’ll try a few of your recipes to get motivated.
Excellent side by side comparisons of calories and fiber content. Great video!!
I've been plant based for a while and strictly vegan since the start of the pandemic. I was prediabetic and high blood pressure and going plant based has definitely solved those issues! However, I've struggled to lose weight, and during the stress of the pandemic I've turned into a junk food vegan for sure! I didn't gain weight but my weight has been very stubborn, despite working out daily. I really just needed to get refocused and reminded and reinspired, and your channel has done that for me! I have finally lost 10 lbs and it's looking very good that I will continue to lose as long as I stay true to the principles. I have always loved that this way of eating is very filling and satisfying and gives me so much energy. Your recipes are so tasty and easy, I really appreciate your channel and the recommitment it's giving me to meet my health goals. Also, I just had the peach overnight oats you posted in another video with cinnamon, maple syrup and fresh peaches and it was honestly better than any ice cream I've had in a long time. I couldn't stop thinking about it afterward! And I"m about to go make a bowl of it for today, too 🙂
I got on an oatmeal kick about 10 years ago after I was recovering from being injured in a car accident. I ate oatmeal for every single meal for about two weeks and lost 8 lbs and I wasn’t even trying to lose weight. I was not over weight and didn’t need to lose any but once I lost the weight from just oatmeal I’m a believer that oats is a great weight loss food
I add more than double amount of water and boil for 15 minutes.
I love it for the last meal of the day instead because that is the time of day that I crave sweets/treats.
I love oatmeal. I actually eat it raw and cold sometimes — just oats, almond milk plus a scoop of vanilla protein powder! YUM!
I can't get over the savory oats – – !!!!! I eat them almost everyday for lunch now. I add a dash of garlic powder & onion powder and a small crank of sea salt. I leave out the avocado but use a nice mix of red & yellow little tomatoes. I never, ever would have thought of eating this kind of combination and it's so good. Thanks for sharing it!!
I would like to watch your channel but I can't stand that "music" played. No background music is better than whatever you call that background shriek.
Hi, thanks for this video.., I am almost 64 and never had Oatmeal until 2 months ago !!! now I have it almost every day. I do intermitting fasting so I usually have it a lunch. I half 1/2 cups oats with half cup water and 1.2 cup of almond milk, cook it for 6 minutes then top of with blueberries, strawberries, walnuts or slivered almonds, flax seeds and 1 tlbsp of maple syrup ! love it.
Omg. I thought I was the only one who loves my oatmeal SAVORY not sweet…. I can’t wait to try that cheesy tomato recipe!!
Thank you for sharing. I will be trying the savory one. Something new. I don’t have Instagram but I’ll definitely share with friends and family.
Subscribed ❤️
I can't wait to try these recipes. Thank you for sharing!
Cheesy Tomato Oats…… I'm eager to try it and thank you! ** One small edit suggestion. "add a pint of salt" lol.
Can i blend oat and other fruits together without boiling? Someone ans me!
I have to grind the oatmeal before I eat it. For some reason it will
Come right back up if I don’t. 🤦🏽♀️
You are speaking my language! I hated oatmeal too however, Day 24 of eating plant based and interesting enough I crave it now!
I add nutritional yeast to almost anything. I love it.
