I'm glad you are doing this and inspiring people, but… I would definitely not do your accessory movements before your more challenging compound lifts. Structure should be:
Dynamic/light weight warm up related to daily movements> most taxing compound lift (deadlift, bench, dips, pull ups, etc…), then moving onto accessories for that, or another heavy lift.
And I mean, going halfway to the bottom position on your regular chin ups aren't going to do a lot for you. If you can't do regular pull ups or chins, I'd be sticking to getting stronger on pull downs and the assisted until you can do it without assistance. Or go with one of those, then full range negatives on chin/pull ups.

If I do a lot of squats and strength training will that burn fat in the thighs and butt? I currently have both a lot of muscle and fat in that area and I want to loose the fat lol
If those people knew just how much time, effort and love it takes to do a quality videos that you produce daily now…For instance, that reality show that you did with Alex, the level of production was on par with MTV shows which are made by whole studios of professionals. And you did the soundtrack for it yourself as well lol…That's why I think you're a freaking alien. My second theory is that you're just an extremely talented and gifted individual, but I like the first theory more. Who did you live with the most, mom or dad? Or did they divorce after you moved out… My guess is they might have split when you were young because I can see some signs of those…issues (won't say which in the comments but I'm a member of the same club unfortunately). Great vlog and yea, full detailed vids where you explain every exercise and what it's good for might resonate real good with new peeps and bring in even more subs…The same with cooking.
I really needed that pep talk at the end. I always get so frustrated when I don't see instant results. I KNOW that's not how it works, but I'm totally the type of person who is checking for abs after doing just one ab workout haha! So I'm so inpatient!

I have to tell you first, I am addicted to that oatmeal. I love it so much. I also did one of your leg and glute workouts today. My legs and glutes felt like jello. It was an awesome workout! Thanks. I love being a badass at the gym and I know it is weird but I like my callouses. Thanks so much for the encouragement that you gave at the end of the video. I needed that tonight.
When you were talking about loving your body before getting your dream body I could not agree more!! I started loving my body once I started treating it right by eating vegan and moving my body by exercising daily, that's when my self-acceptance started. I used to always want to change my body and hope and wish and cry that my body would look different. Now, i actually really love it, do I wish it was more toned? Well yes, but i no longer hate myself. I started noticing a change my my body when I started loving it, when you love your body you treat it right! Thank you so much for being such an inspiration to me, your videos are so fun to watch and your personality inspires me to always look on the bright side, THANK YOU <3
Another great video. Very inspirational. Had a "bad day" yesterday (those Girl Scouts and their cookies…), but I got back on track and didn't beat myself up about it today. I've lost 30 lbs. since August through making little changes. I definitely believe your videos will help me lose the last 30 lbs. I'd like to lose, but more importantly will help me put my health first.
