Thanks for sharing! Great story and best wishes in the future Melissa!
She's amazing. My personal experience is that eating soy in large quantities every single day will have a hormonal effect. For me, it caused premature ovulation and menstruation, which means more periods annually which isn't good. After removing soy, my periods were less frequent. So, it is important to use protein sources that do not act hormonally. I think tempeh is the least hormonal soyfood and soymilk is the worst.
While I applaud Melissa's successes and see her as a great role model for our current society, we cannot ever forget Corey Everson, 6x Ms. Olympia. If you know anything about bodybuilding you know that she was recognized as the top bodybuilding female of all time. And guess what? She was vegan! And she accomplished this feat all back in the 80's when veganism wasn't as mainstream as it is now. But she was definitely a pioneer and not to be forgotten!! She broke many barriers back then and she was a beautiful woman both inside and out. She was an inspiration! Keep that torch lit Melissa!
400 came 3rd WOW!!!
I'm a dude who's not super into bodybuilding so I didn't get much out of this other than…I need to try dates with tempeh. I just wish tempeh was affordable, moldy soybeans are poor people food in Indonesia, they're more expensive than meat in Canada.
I have had this problem and if it wasn't for the help I received through the herbal medicine I ordered from herbal doctor Odion, I would have found myself in the hospital for medical surgery. Hemorrhoids are bad and I highly recommend Dr. Odion herbal medicine for those suffering from this condition.

Love the show. "Its speaks like a donut" 🙂
You can't build muscles from plants! I talk from experience, and eating only red meat and diary gave my muscles back and got better skin and improved digestion. You won't talk this kind of bullshit in a few years when your body will force you to eat animal foods again.
Thank you for this video. I needed to see this so bad. I just found out my cholesterol is 608 on a keto/ carnivore diet with an LDL of 473. I did it to feel the energy that everyone spoke up and I had SIBO so I was told not to eat fiber. The SIBO is now gone but ironically my health has declined and I'm even too tired to run and lift weights. I'm just walking as a workout as I am transitioning out of this way of eating and trying to get my energy back. I hear nothing but good things about lowering cholesterol through the vegan diet. I'm thinking of switching over to being vegan and you are definitely a motivator. Although I'm terrified of any drastic diet change.
Yeah girl… I was there about the first year of veganism… after that started rapidly declining. Enjoy it while it lasts… Veganism is never a long term solution for the body.
It’s so nice to see people doing well on the “vegan bubble” 😂😂😂 cause then I am sure there will be plenty of beef for me! Keep going vegan!
She is so inspiring.
Please share your meals n some workout . This is an inspiration ❤
I'd love to follow her on Instagram Do you have her Instagram link ?
Thanks to PCRM and the weight loss champion for bringing a positive message. I do my best to avoid media which is a negative influence on me but need to fill the void with positive messages. This is a very good message for me and I would bet most people think that.
Exercise discipline is a weak point of mine but I never give up and always come back because the benefits are so large. The biggest benefit to me is that usually right after exercise I am much more relaxed, but also I get sun when I exercise. There is a mood benefit from exercise proven in randomized, controlled trials.
Fantastic Melissa you are very Pretty 👍 for plantbased. Derick maybe you must interview Derick Simnet

we really live in a weird world where we have shows to compare how well people can place animals on their bodies and in their muscles to showcase and compare. So glad Melissa is bucking that trend. If these go vegan, I'd probably watch them more and then join in!
I, as a vegan, run half marathon this year. However, Just doing vegan life style for healthy reason mainly. Thank you so much , motivational video.
Inspiring… but please let the GUESTS so most of the talking…. Thx ❤

Legend!
this is so exciting!
muscle is muscle no matter who it's on – in terms of strength. If women put on more muscle, they can be stronger.
I didn't watch this yet, but I want to know the secrets!
how I get ripped is by drinking nutribiotics raw rice protein powder with orange juice and sometimes the karamd revive reds powder – something with berries and prebiotics in powder form. I add other stuff. I drink it once a day and pumps my muscles without me doing anything.
wow the physician's committee is spot on rocking it with these topics!
Thank you so much , she’s awesome ,she’s such an inspiration and she’s doing good in the world and you as well Chuck so thank you again 🙏🏽
