What is a great quality brand of Spirulina ?

Yall really believe this lady is healthy???? Look at her arms she is clearly malnourished.
Women are so funny… Did you know that wheat doesn't contain protein, but the bugs do? LOL. So, what do you think that a sharecropper does, chops down the grains, and runs them through a wash? Nope. The bugs, dirt, GMO pesticides all get chopped, blended, and processed into your cereals, breads, and delicious snacks. People have been eating processed dirt and bugs, and chemicals for generations. But if you present to a typical person, city folk, a dirty fruit or vegetable, they'll freak out because they've been programmed to think that dirt is bad. Meanwhile, 100% of the vegetables come from dirt! Lol. Silly girls!
кроме шуток! в12 гигантское количество содержится в сперме! девушки и мужыки не выплевывайте сперму когда сосете друзьям! в ней много в12
sea moss and another sea vegetables are vitamin b 12
Seamoss? Maca root? Dulce seaweed? 👁🌍❄️
Dirt contains cobalt, not B12. Bacteria need to process the cobalt to make into B12. These bacteria only live in animal guts. 🙂 They also live in human guts, but at the end of our tract. That means we should eat our own poop to make this work and we don’t want to do that.
No seaweed has active B12 to be a reliable source. The analog version in seaweed might actually compete with your bodies deposit and that would make you worse off.
Take some supplements folks. Take it from someone who spend several years of her 20s like a partially paralyzed alzheimer-like patient because of the deficiency. 🙂
The animals themselves get the b12 from the soil itself as well!
No, it’s best to get your b12 source from the soil. There are vegan b12 supplements made from the b12 found in dirt. Most herbivores get their b12 from the dirt they eat while consuming plants
Carnivore diet has entered the chat
Carnivore diet: 🤣🤣 sure
Carnivore diet has left the chat
40 percent of America is B12 deficient
Only 2 percent is vegetarian/vegan

Has anyone heard of duckweed? Apparently it form a symbiotic relationship with b12 bacteria.

you cant get enough b12 from anything other than animal products or supplements according to the research, humans arent designed to be herbivores, im a naturalist vegan and this totally ruins my libido
No plant had b12. Quit lying to urself vegans.
Megafood is the best trusted company for supplements. They cured my anemia. Anemia is blood the next phase of anemia if not treated then progresses to bone arthritis, osteoarthritis, MS then cancer because the missing ingredient is the same. I'v had them all!
Vegens seem skinniest
If vegan diet is so good why do you need a bunch of supplements?? oh thats right you cant get everything from oxalate poisoning foods .. plus noone wants to look like that bulimic woman oh the right! whos wearing extensions because she has hairloss from this terrible vegan lifestyle
Thank you!
Thank you.😁❤️
Its rich in animal products because animals are given supplements with b12 and we clean off all of the natural b12 from the dirt.
B12 source:white substance (yeast) on grapes, seaweeds nutritional yeast, aloe vera … God gave many ways we can have the original no-animal diet and be healthy….some food for thought
Wait, how do the animals get it?
WHAT ABOUT WHEAT GRASS!?
WHY IS NO ONE EVER TALKING ABOUT WHEAT GRASS!?
Wheat grass is RICH in Vitamin B12 and it is a wonderful vegan source for B12. I grow wheat grass in my own garden and have been vegan for years. I incorporate wheat grass into my daily diet by inserting it into my smoothies, juices, salads, soups, stews, buddha bowls, etcetera. I have never had a deficiency in B12 in my life. Why do people keep claiming that vegans have ZERO access to B12 when wheat grass literally exists? I have been vegan for years and have been consuming wheat grass on a daily basis for years as well – never met a B12 deficiency in my entire life. (Without taking supplements). And yes, wheat grass is very much edible. Also, it is an amazing source of protein as well. Why is no one ever talking about it?
You guys didn’t say nothing about the topic.
Why not just give a suggested amount? Why run around the bush
