Soya not recommended in higher quantities for body building , particularly men because of higher estrogen levels in soya.
Peanuts have higher protein but it has 2 times more fats and oils inside it. Similarly toor and urad dal… I like the moong dal sprouts, watermelon seeds suggestion. thanks.
