Oh wow! I'm so excited to try this recipe out. Your coconut milk looks so thick here. In the past every time I've purchased coconut milk its been much runnier. What are your suggestions? Is there a particular brand/type of canned coconut milk you recommend?
This recipe is awesome. Had to run over to the blog/website bcus I'm saying to myself…no it can't be that simple…but guess what the instructions are clear as day and it is easy enough for the novice baker. Although our ( Canada) Thanksgiving has passed, I'll be making this as a Sunday treat for sure.
Have you tried to make a vegan cheesecake? I would love to see that recipe
How do you make the whipped cream? 🙂
What temp in oven your website neglects to say??
I will be making this ASAP 😋
What kind of coconut milk was used? It looked like coconut milk cream or shortening?
I'm not even Vegan but it looks tasty
I made this on Thanksgiving 2020 for my daughter and she loved it. It was easy to make. Thank you for sharing
