Great video! Thank you. I definitely would like to understand stress eating better and how to control it. Also would love to gain a better understanding on which sweeteners are okay to use. Years of diet sweeteners have scared me away from things like maple syrup which is a hard mind shift.

I like a combination of educational eating info, which u are the best at!, and meal preps, which u simplify extremely well, thank u! Others are whizzes at throwing a meal together, but u are educated with the science behind it! So young, and so bright!👧🦋

I am constantly amazed at how well a WFPB lifestyle works for me. When I feel hungry, even after eating what I thought was plenty of starch and vegetables, I am somewhat reluctant to eat more because I'm worried I will overeat. I fight this fear (which I've had for YEARS) and go ahead and indulge in more starch and, shockingly, don't gain weight! It seems miraculous to me! I have never eaten as much in my life as I do now that I am WFPB and I easily maintain a very healthy weight/BMI. THANK YOU Emmie for all you do. I especially enjoy hearing from your clients who have benefitted from your expertise. Oh! And I NEVER count calories.
