The Sydney Vegan Market has quickly become the go-to destination for all things vegan, plant-based and cruelty-free. Although the market is a monthly occurrence at Sydney Olympic Park every third Sunday of the month, they’re switching things up for World Vegan Day. Set to take over the Entertainment Quarter for a twilight fiesta this Saturday, you can expect live tunes, late-night yoga and heaps of food stalls at the solar-powered Sydney Vegan Nights market.
Sydney Vegan Nights
A ton of market favourites will make an appearance for this exclusive after-dark event. That includes free yoga to help you wind down from 4pm to 5pm. There’s another treat in store for fitness enthusiasts with a special Diwali yoga edition from 5.30pm to 6.30pm where you can learn suryanamaskars, mudras and more.
Expect live music by local DJs and artists like Mojave Rains, Astrix Little and Seb Blach throughout the evening.
As for food, a bunch of new and old favourites will be returning including Flavourful Fritters, Vegan Cookie Co, Flave and Greek Gourmet. Choose from sweet treats to hearty savoury bites from a number of food stalls at the venue. You’ll also find tons of shopping options at the venue highlighting small, local and vegan businesses.
Like its daytime edition, you can bring your furry pals along. And don’t forget to carry a rug and picnic basket if you’re planning to laze the day away. There’s also a huge playground for kids at the Sydney Vegan Nights market so it’s a fun time for all.
