Any thoughts on making this cake gluten free? My birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and I want this recipe to mysteriously show up on my fridge for my 'no so much a cook' husband and budding vegan cook hopeful 15 yo son to come up with the idea of making it for me 🙂 I need gluten free though. What kind of vinegar do I use? Will white vinegar work? I know this is an old video but I am going to bake this for my son’s birthday 🙂
Edit: I made it today with the white vinegar and it’s cooling off now. Fingers crossed it works!!

Canola Oil??? That's poison. Please use a different oil, say Coconut or Cold Pressed Olive Oil!
