I eat these banana walnut pancakes all the time! AND I ate them while reversing the many health issues plaguing my body and while dropping 50 lbs! 🙌🏻

1 c oats
1 c plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 medium banana
Finely chopped walnuts – I use half of a palm full
Pure organic maple syrup
– Mix oats, milk, 1/2 of the banana and baking powder in a blender until smooth
– Pour or batter into a nonstick pan forming 4 pancakes
– Sprinkle with walnuts and flip when the pancakes start to bubble
– Top with slices of banana ( use from the remaining half), chopped walnuts and pure maple syrup.
