MERRY 🎄 CHRISTMAS
Wow, I can't wait to try this recipe for the holidays this year! One question, though… I've made flax eggs many, many times and NEVER have I had just 2 Tbsp. bloom up like that. In your video it looked like WAY more than just 2 T flax/6 T water. ????
🌹
Actually I was finding vegan zero oil cake for Christmas and Yes now I got. I love your video and cake too
Love the cake as well as your smile 😘
I'd love to try this recipe, as it looks absolutely amazing! 😊 Do you know how long this cake will keep for? Could it be stored away like a normal Christmas cake and still be fine in a month's time? X

I love that you make low fat versions of fatty ethnic food that family imposes on others during the holidays. Thank you.
You look very nice in Christmas dress. How have you been? You are my favorite teacher for cooking. I hope you had a nice Christmas, and a blessed new year. Kate
Thank you for this post. I used dried raisins and abricots and around 100 gr of candied papaya in addition to pineaple otherwise everything absolutely according to the recipe. I don't know what did I do wrong but my cake literally looked and felt like a brick and tasted really heavy and dense. Unless I figure out why I will not repeat this.
SO easy and healthy, thanks for the recipe!
awesome
Tomorrow we have a party! Will try to make this amazing cake!
why do you need the flax seed? With a gluten flour is it necessary? I'd like to omit it. Anyone have any ideas what might happen if I do?
No sugar, no refined flour. Now, thats a brilliant recipe. Thanks.
Beautiful cake! Can you use "flax eggs" as a replacement for eggs in any kind of cake? It would solve my life! haha
Another winner, Anya!!
And, cute dress!!
Happy Holidays!!
This looks almost perfect! I'm Definitely trying it, can I put fresh apples instead?!
Hi Anja….many thanks for another delicious recipe to try (I got your book recently and I have it by my bed so I can look through it every day and decide what I will try that day) With regards to this Christmas cake, could you suggest something I could use other than ginger that would compliment all the other lovely flavours as I'm not a big fan of ginger….Thanks 🙂

Is the pineapple for moisture? And if so do you think I can use some other mushed canned fruit in it's place as I'm allergic of pineapple?
Can't wait to try it.
