    I need to lose at least 70 pounds. I’m so over weight the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life because of Covid and leaving an abusive relationship. Idk how my weight got here but it’s put me in full on depression and idk how to get out of it. I just want to get the weight off but finishing the motivation to even exercise is mentally draining. All my effort is put into being a mom and it’s a struggle. I hope one day I can get there.

    I think it depends on your body/blood type but I LOVE veggies but I can’t go plant based πŸ’―. Does your family eat this aswell? It would be really hard to get my bf who’s a meat and potatoes kinda guy to eat like this. Hot sauce makes everything better for sure girl πŸ˜‚β€οΈ

    Looks great$. The smoothie is full of sugar terrible for a diabetic or anyone else. A green smoothie with a small portion of fruit would be a better choice.
