Hey Steph and Adam.. So I am not a fan of the spices you put in Steph's Curry. I have a very heightened sense of taste so it's extremely overpowering to me. Could I just use the coconut milk/cream and leave it, or would you recommend adding in spices that aren't so overpowering? Thanks so much?

I liked your recipes, but you two talk too fast, which makes difficult to understand all the ingredients and quantities.
Hey guys, we doubled up on ingredients for 2 people over 6 days and ended up with 3kg of food.. divide that by 12 and we got 250grams per serving. We didn’t add the almonds however only reached 308 calories, we also didn’t add marinara and used an organic pasata. Does this seem about right?
