Try and use Dr Ese Okhueleigbe herbal supplements, i was diagnosed of Herpes Simplex Virus 1&2 2 years ago, and it was this native doctor that cured me permanently, I really appreciate all you do ma.
You prob need to sprout them. Nuts, seeds and grains are supposed to be sprouted to get rid of the anti nutrients and to make the nutrients more readily available and easier to digest.
Im experiencing the same stomach issues . I have noticed eating raw helps with bloating and stomach pain . I haven't gone totally raw and maybe thats why i still get pain and swelling. Btw i think the word you was searching for is hydrating lol instead of moist .
Wow thank you! Yep I got IBS or something, and now I am on day 7 of only raw vegan salads and green juices and I’m feeling great! It’s worth eating healthy like this just to feel better!!!
You are absolutely gorgeous. I found your video while trying to take back my life. I hope you are still feeling healthy and trying to make the world a better place.
I'm vegan of course but I also have issues with bloating. I'm getting a colonic done soon and either doing a 30 day juice Cleanse or goin raw for 30 days. Now is a great time to get started especially since it's almost summer
Wow. I feel like this is my exact story. Stomach pain my entire life….only I haven't tried this lifestyle yet…I've wanted to for years but having a family of 5 to take care of has stopped me..I need it to be easy..and don't want to eat differently from my family. But I'm so tired of hurting and wanting to do it…I need to just go for it and start with some easy recipes.
Thanks for sharing! We have some similar issues for sure. I do 30ish day raw cleanses periodically as it helps me a lot, too. I'm now certified in holistic nutrition/nutritional science because of this journey, so something cool has come from it all. I've been vegan for over 10 years but adopted fully WFPB way of eating about 6 months ago and that has helped a LOT with my digestive issues and bloating. I'd always get terrible bloating after eating corn chips, but since ditching processed chips/oil and making my own chips in my air fryer from 100% corn tortillas my body handles them really well. I also sprout my chickpeas and lentils as this helps in digestion. I've even added back some whole spelt and whole rye without problems, after being gluten free for 4 years.
Also- it may be worth cutting out or greatly minimising refined oils, but still enjoying plentiful whole food fats such as avocado, hemp seeds, almonds, flax etc. Refined oils are stripped from the "package" that makes our body recognise and process them properly. This small move really made a difference for me with weight regulation, cravings and hormones. Hope all is going well for you nowadays!
I'm sorry to hear about all your troubles. I have food sensitivities that unpredictably cause huge problems with cystic acne, head-to-toe eczema, hives, sinus infections too. Its a bit of a "head game" with doctos, bc mine aren't always respected as true allergies, so I'll second guess myself and eat things I shouldn't. Then I pay for it. All I can say is listen to your body. Also, I do believe, for myself, that stressing about what I CAN'T eat or what I HAVE TO eat causes more problems. Remove as much stress from the equation as possible. Focus on what you CAN eat, and what you CAN do. Remove "can't" language. Get enough rest, practise mindfullness or prayer daily, sit and read, do yoga sometimes…anything gentle where you slow down and care for yourself. Take care.❤❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing ! 🙂 I know it can be hard to get on the bandwagon after you "fall off" so good job! Love to hear that you are feeling great! Hope the benefits are enjoyable enough to make it easy for you to stick with it :)xo
Great discussion! Thank you for sharing your experiences. I've also had lifelong challenges with food intolerances and GI issues, and I've persistently pursued self imposed n=1 dietary experiments to try to optimize my diet. I've always had the best results if I stay away from all processed food products & grains, while eatng a VARIETY and abundance of fresh produce, and my GI does better if I eat a significant amount of that produce raw. I presume the flora that flourishes on the raw produce provide beneficial bacteria for my gut. I am not vegan; but, I'm also discerning with meat, poultry, & seafood purchases–preferably grass fed, free range, wild caught, minimally processed with no additives or saline injections. I also eat raw nuts, and I'm also VERY discerning with the types of fats I consume & use for cooking. That's optimal. Unfortunately, I've deviated on/off, and then, I dearly pay for my indiscretions, ranging anywhere from excessive bloat & GI disruptions, body soreness, fatigue, excessive weight gain, & difficulty getting back on the wagon, again; b/c, I'm so miserable. LOL! I've been experimenting recently with re-incorporating beans, corn, & oatmeal in my diet in an effort to significantly increase my dietary fiber, which has proven helpful to my GI. However, I'm pretty sure the oatmeal is a problem for me, causing a minor flaring of psoriasis. I've pretty much nixed alcohol altogether, at this point; b/c, regardless of the type, it causes major negative GI effects &/or sinus inflammation. I would like to keep a minor amount of wine in my diet for the beneficial antioxidants; BUT, I'm intolerant to sulfiites. I finally just eliminated alcohol altogether. I stay away from dairy except for minor amounts of cheese & occasional plain yogurt or kefir. White potatoes tend to be a MAJOR problem for me, causing SIGNIFICANT GI distress, at times.
Thanks so much for this video! I've suffered forever from stomach issues but found that a plant based diet has helped immensely- so glad you're figuring things out! xx
Very helpful. I have a very similar issue like you. I have decided to go grain free and be plant based. I am not vegan, I'm pescatarian but ultimately will go vegan.
Hi Tif, I'm so sorry to hear you've gone through such awful pain and struggle over the years with your stomach. I too have leaky gut syndrome and it actually led to a number of other issues including an autoimmune disease. That autoimmune disease led to other sub-conditions, etc. (I recently wrote about it on the blog, http://www.attheparks.blogspot.com). So, I'm so glad that you have figured out your gut issues before things got worse for you and I am so glad you are feeling better!! I too have a number of food intolerances (gluten, dairy, eggs, mushrooms) and just got off of a 30-day deprivation I'd call it, where I was off of all fruits, sugars, vinegars, oils (except sunflower oil), some nuts, some spices, etc. It was awful. BUT, I've learned so much! I've slowly begun to reintroduce some of the foods and let me tell you, I'm having more reactions again, darn it! Thanks again for sharing your story and your journey. It's relatable to so many people! Have a great day!
I can relate to this so much!! Thank you so much for making this Tif, I think I may need to try a raw diet for 30 days just to try it! I've just recently had weird skin issues and stomach issues and I think it may have to do with dairy for me. I feel such a huge difference when I cut it out! And I totally agree with you on fats. I have dry skin too so it helps keep my skin 'moist' lol! and also it's just delicious!!! Lots of love!!! xoxoxo
I am so glad you are figuring out what is improving your health. I celebrate with you and hope you continue to feel stronger in mind and body. I have found something that is working as well. I have a weird diet (high fat, low carb) but man is it changing my life (x5mo) including no migraines, craving control, etc. My diet also includes zero grains. My insulin was spiking all the time with my old diet and that caused so many problems! I am so thankful for much improvement. I cheer you on in your journey love!! : )
Wow, this really spoke to me and I am so sorry for what you have been through. I feel like I too have a really sensitive stomach and I have such stomach pain from time to time. I know sugar is a trigger for me so I am really vigilante about really labeling . I read the sugar busters book years ago and learned so much. However, as I get older my stomach does flare up with pain that I have to kind of walk sideways, not really lol, just pain. I started drinking green tea and had a reaction of pain. I googled it and it said that some people can have a reaction to that. I drink some coffee, but no more tea , just water. I am a vegetarian and I don't eat nuts of any kind since that causes pain also. People don't understand why I don't eat anything "good" but you don't understand u less you have been through it. I am always educating myself about food, but I find I just stick to my "safe" foods. I love brown jasmine rice with veggies, baked potatoes, avocados and some fruits and I am fine with this. I feel better. I hope you continue to do well and thanks for posting. It's nice knowing I am not alone.😊
I am not vegan or anything like that, but one change I made that surprised me was cheese products. I used to buy cheese byproducts until I became educated on what that actually was. When I made the switch to real cheese my bloating significantly reduced! It was an instant improvement! Since then, I am have started seeing what else I can switch to healthier options, such as fat free milk to almond milk. I am not one that can change my diet completely all at one time. For me, it’s the little changes here and there that are making a big difference in my life. Now, I crave vegetables and fruit over junk food, which I could not even imagine doing a year ago.

Did you ever try sprouting grains? Are you still raw?

Raw is so much better.

Inspiration
My doctor thinks I have IBS but I would rather this. I would prefer going raw and eating my sweet fruits than no carbs. I love carbs!
You are absolutely gorgeous. I found your video while trying to take back my life. I hope you are still feeling healthy and trying to make the world a better place.
I can relate big time

How are you doing with your diverticulitis? Any update.
What natural anti biotics did u use?
What raw foods did you eat on your 30 day raw cleanse?

Thank you for posting this! You really nailed it and are very encouraging to me. You understand! 🙂
Did u check parasite test?? ❤️
I would like to know more about leaky gut. How was it diagnosed? Treatment plan?
